Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you need an exchange, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
The returned item must meet the following conditions:

- In its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
