Opt for peace of mind with MaxRay & Cocoon’s optional 5-Year Warranty Plan, providing coverage for damaged or malfunctioning hardware beyond the initial 2-year warranty period.

Enrollment in this plan requires a one-time fee of $495 per item, offering comprehensive protection for five years and including the convenience of overnight loaners.

In the event of repairs, costs are determined by the year since the MaxRay or Cocoon was purchased, with a graduated deductible structure:

• Year 1: No deductible, repair is free of charge
• Year 2: $100 deductible
• Year 3: $150 deductible
• Year 4: $250 deductible
• Year 5: $300 deductible

This warranty plan ensures continued support and cost-effective solutions tailored to the specific year of ownership.
